Bonsoir Emilie et bienvenue si tu souhaites te rpésenter dans la section "Présentations"

Alors tu as été infectée par un/des virus, les lignes à supprimer d'urgence.

Clic sur "Do a system scan read only" dans Hijackthis et coche :

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Tok-Cirrhatus] "C:\Users\EmilieDamien\AppData\Local\smss.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [anzfrgye] "c:\users\emiliedamien\appdata\local\anzfrgye.exe" anzfrgye

Puis clic sur "Fix Checked"

Ensuite, essaye de redémarrer en mode sans échec avec prise en charge du réseau, puis :

Télécharge et installe CCleaner
Fermer tous les programmes en cours
Lance-le
Clic sur "Nettoyer"
Et tu fermes CCleaner

Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Tu vas dans l'onglet "Mise à jour"
Clic sur "Recherche de mise à jour"
Tu reviens dans l'onglet "Recherche"
Coche la case "Exécuter un examen complet"
Clic sur "Rechercher"
Puis clic sur "Lancer l'examen"

A la fin du scan, supprime tout ce qu'il trouve, et poste le rapport de MalwareBytes

Nettoie ton PC avec CCleaner et redémarre sous Windows normalement, afin de vérifier que le mode normal fonctionne à nouveau.

Hier, j'ai essayé de mettre le CD de système d'exploitation que j'ai eu avec le PC, pour remettre Vista.

Là quand j'ai essayé, déjà c'était très long puis il m'a marqué, activation maintenant ou ulterieument de windows.

Tout d'abord : Si tu souhaites te présenter / faire connaissance avec la communauté, n'hésite pas à faire un tour par la section "présentations".

Si je peux me permettre d'émettre un opinion (même si j'ai toute confiance en Bilifly pour t'aider ) je trouve qu'il nous faudrait un peu plus d'info sur ton problème :

1. Avant de faire les procédures que Bilifly t'a indiqué, qu'est-ce qu'il se passait quand tu démarrais en mode "normal" au juste ? Décris nous le plus précisément possible ce qu'il se passait stp.
2. Ensuite, décris nous ce qu'il se passe maintenant, après avoir fait ces manips. Dis nous si c'est différent de avant ou pas.
3. Peux-tu expliciter un peu plus ce que tu as fait avec le CD de Vista ? A quel moment ça te dit ce message ? Tu peux nous donner le message exact stp ? (car là c'est pas une vraie phrase ce que tu nous as mis ^^).

Voilà, ça nous permettra de cibler un peu plus

Alors ce qui c'est passé, samedi je démarre mon PC normalement, j'arrive sur le pc, la souris bouge mais impossible de cliquer ni meme d'aller dans demarrer.

Des amis m'ont dis de mettre le cd d'exploitation quand mon pc est allumé et de redemarrer ce que j'ai fais.
Mais meme, il a pas voulu réinstaller.

Et la maintenant quand je redemarre, il me met une fenetre si je veux activer maintenant ou ulterieurement windows.

Et en bas il me marque Windows vista copie non authentique.
