d'abord un grand grand merci, car rien que supprimer les programmes a fait revenir internet! sinon, impossible de faire fonctionner WGA, ça me dit qu'il n'est pas actif dans mon système! j'ai supprimé hb tools, l'autre n'y est pas! j'ai scanné en mode sans échec et voilà le rapport! par conre restauration de système n'a pas encore décidé de se réparer!
