In general, there should be no problem manually removing Searchqu's definitions on your computer.
Please try to elaborate on the problem - what exactly is configured as "Searchqu" on your computer and cannot be removed (is it the homepage, for example), and I'll provide you with quick & easy guides to solve the problem.

When the software was installed onto your pc it offered two basic installs, typical installation, which lists the add-on features such as searchqu homepage, and Custom installation, which allows you to select which add-ons you wish to install. There's no need to worry if you did the typical install - this isn't a virus, nor malware, and there's no need to Perform a virus scan against it.
In order to change Searchque home page please perform the following actions:
