j'ai installé sur mon linux: Mame et je voudrais utiliser la manette NeogeoX usb compatible pc et mac, est-ce possible? Et sinon comment trouver un driver pour linux ?

If it is only compatible for Windows and Mac, then you cannot use it on Linux. That is one of the main thing I hate in Linux, the software compatibility. The biggest disadvantage would be lack of driver support, though as time goes on and Linux becomes more popular, this is becoming less of an issue. The second-largest disadvantage of Linux would be the lack of ports for proprietary software. Things like Photoshop, and Microsoft word, etc.
