Ok elle utilise wondows Xp avec le sp2 elle utilise Avast home ed come anti virus mais elle le ferme toujours car elle joue a des jeux online et elle trouve ue sa ralentit sont pc aucun fw installer et la yahoo toolbar avec spyware scanner
comme antiqpyware je te conseillerais spybot(gratuit) ou windows defender, en beta 2 mais qui fonctionne bien chez moi(qu'avec un windows authentique)

Désinstaller ce spyware scanner chez pas quoi, et la yahoo toolbar via à ajout/suppression de programmes

D'abord, télécharger les antispywares, les mettrent à jour, puis tu coupes ta connexion internet (en débranchant le câble USB ou Ethernet ou clé WiFi), et tu scannes avec les antispywares

Suis bien le tutoriel et a un moment tu verras juste apres le scan il faut cliquer sur l'action a effectuer sinon il laisse les choses telles qu'elles xD
salut sidka, je vais t'aider, car on peut PAS éliminer un virus dans le mode normale de XP, il faut démarrer XP en mode sans échec, et faire quelques manipulations: ERADICTION COMPLETE, poste moi un rapport hijackthis... tu sais le télécharger j'éspère...

Mais faisons simple et par étape, on dépoussière d'abord, si c'est résolu, pas besoin de hijackthis, si le problème persiste, on nettoie en profondeur ensuite avec hijackthis.
